What you'll be doing as our Community support project manager
We’re looking for a Community support project manager to lead and develop our community support team, and ensure the success of the FaceTill community support program. Your main tasks will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing community support strategies, addressing community issues and concerns, and using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Your main tasks will be:
- Lead and develop our community support team, fostering a culture of empathy, collaboration, and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement community support strategies that align with FaceTill's mission and values.
- Identify and address community issues and concerns, ensuring that our users have a positive and satisfying experience on FaceTill.
- Use feedback from the community and other stakeholders to continuously improve our community support program and other areas of the FaceTill platform.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, and proactively implement new ideas and innovations that can help us better serve our members.
- Work closely with other teams within FaceTill to ensure that our community support program is integrated seamlessly with other aspects of the platform and that our users receive a cohesive and satisfying experience.
- Help promote and uphold FaceTill’s values of inclusivity, respect, and transparency in all of your interactions with the community and other stakeholders.
Your background
- Experience managing a community support team and leading them to success.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Passionate about customer service and providing exceptional support to our community members.
- Adaptable and willing to take on new challenges.
- Committed to continuous learning and self-improvement.
