If you receive a password reset email from us to your email address, it means you are already registered with this email address.
If you do not receive a password reset email, or if you are sure you have not used your email address to register on FaceTill before, click Contact us so we can investigate the matter further.
- Double check your email address to see if there are any typos.
- Make sure you have ticked the box at the bottom to agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You have to agree to these to sign up.
- Create a different username if the one you are trying to sign up with already exists.
You can only have one account on FaceTill, ensure you do not already have one.
*Please note that having more than one account on FaceTill is a direct violation of our Terms and conditions and any duplicate accounts will be blocked. - Are you using a UK delivery address? When registering, you must fill in your delivery address. This must be a UK address as we only deliver in the UK. If you would like to have deliveries in a different country, please use the FaceTill website of that country.
To reset your password, click the Log in button at the top of your screen > select ‘Forgot Password?’ just below the green Log In button, and the instructions on the screen will guide you through the rest of the password reset process.

You will get your money after the Buyer confirmed the item is delivered. If the Buyer does not confirm it within 48 hours then FaceTill will send you your money automatically. The amount will be arrived within 2 working days to your bank account. What you earn is yours to keep. There are no fees for uploading your items and selling them on FaceTill.
Useful tips
Log into your account and click on your username or avatar at the top right side of the screen. Select ‘Store’ from the drop-down list. Here you can see your store details.
Now you can select a store logo or leave the default FaceTill logo. You may also change your store’s cover photo. Add your store name and shop description.
If you click on store policy (next to store details), you can add your Shipping policy, Refund policy, and Cancellation / Return / Exchange policy. If you do not upload your own policy, FaceTill’s rules and regulations apply.
When you are done, click ‘Submit’ at the bottom and your listing is now published again.
When creating a listing, just tick the ‘Accept offer’ box at the price options. Here, you can also set a minimum offer amount which people cannot go below. When you are done, hit ‘Submit’ to publish your listing.
If you would like to enable offers for an existing listing, go to the listing, select ‘Edit’, and tick the ‘Accept offer’ box. Here, you can also set a minimum offer amount which people cannot go below. When you are done, hit ‘Submit’ to publish your listing.
In order to list your item as featured just simply select the ‘Sell faster with featuring’ option when creating your listing.
You can also have an existing listing featured. Go to ‘Items’, find your listing, click ‘Edit’ on the right and select the ‘Sell faster with featuring’ option.
It may take 2-5 working days for the amount to show on your bank account once it’s withdrawn.
Please remember to activate your balance following your first sale. You will only need to do this once to enable our payment provider to transfer you the funds. To do this, log into your FaceTill account, click on your username at the top right side of your screen and select ‘Profile’ in the drop-down list. Click ‘Balance’ in the top, horizontal menu. Fill in the required details and click ‘Activate balance’. Your FaceTill balance is now activated!
This is part of our secure payment process to ensure both you and your buyer are in safe hands. The payment will stop pending and the funds will be available to you 48 hours following delivery if no issues are reported by the buyer within this time period.
You need to follow the above process if your buyer informs you that the goods you sent have been delivered damaged. It is always best to keep your buyer posted and provide them with regular updates during the delivery company’s investigation process.
Please be advised that FaceTill is in no way responsible for any items damaged during delivery. It is always advisable to make arrangements with the delivery company to have your package ensured at least up to the value of your sold item(s) for your peace of mind.
In this case, we strongly recommend you get in contact with the buyer and explain the reason of cancellation. This will help you minimise the risk of getting negative feedback.
Please note, cancelling orders following a purchase repeatedly may result in your account being suspended.

You are covered by the Buyer Protection. You’ll get a refund if your item isn’t sent, was damaged in transit, or is significantly not as described. Let us know within 2 days of delivery if something isn’t right.
