FaceTill Community Guidelines
Our Standards for Positive Engagement

The FaceTill Community is made up of buyers and sellers who come together to buy and sell a wide variety of products. We strive to create a safe and respectful environment for all members of our Community, and to that end, we have established some guidelines that we ask all members to follow.
These Community Guidelines are designed to ensure that all members feel comfortable and secure when using our platform. They outline the behaviours and actions that are not permitted on our marketplace and the consequences for violating these guidelines.
We ask that all members and users take the time to read and understand these guidelines. By following these guidelines, you can help us maintain a positive and professional community that benefits everyone:
- Respectful behaviour: all members and users must treat each other with respect and civility at all times. This includes avoiding language or actions that are discriminatory, harassing, or abusive.
- Prohibited items: please find the list of items that are prohibited on our online marketplace here.
- Accurate listings: all product listings must accurately represent the item being sold, including details about its condition, features, and pricing.
- Timely fulfilment: sellers must fulfil orders in a timely and professional manner, providing tracking information and resolving any issues that may arise during the transaction.
- Communication: we encourage buyers and sellers to communicate through FaceTill’s messaging system and to keep all communication respectful and focused on the transaction.
- Reporting: please report any violations of our community guidelines or suspicious activity on FaceTill by contacting our support team by report@facetill.co.uk.
- Consequences: violation of our community guidelines may result in consequences such as a warning, suspension, or termination of your account. We reserve the right to take appropriate action depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
- Privacy and security: protecting the privacy and security of all users is of utmost importance. Therefore, all users are expected to comply with our privacy policy and take reasonable measures to protect their personal information and financial transactions.
- Prohibited conduct: any conduct that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others is strictly prohibited. This includes engaging in fraud, spamming, or other deceptive practices, as well as using the platform for illegal activities.
- Intellectual property rights: all users are expected to respect the intellectual property rights of others. This includes refraining from listing or selling items that infringe on someone else’s copyright, trademark, or patent.
- Fair pricing: all prices listed on our marketplace must be fair and reasonable. Sellers are prohibited from engaging in price gouging or other unfair pricing practices.
- Prohibited content: any content that is deemed offensive or inappropriate is prohibited on our marketplace. This includes content that is violent, pornographic, or otherwise offensive or inappropriate.
