We have used eBay and Amazon daily for the past twelve years and we have also studied other well-known marketplaces.

We feel that these marketplaces have changed negatively, and their quality has been deteriorating for years. They have become difficult to use, they are littered with ads and high selling fees. Should anything go wrong with your sale or purchase, you face a seemingly interminable wait to be assisted by their customer service, and refunds can take weeks.
