For heavier items, we recommend a five-layer, double-walled, thick cardboard box with paper sheets on top, bottom, and sides. Be sure to avoid using damaged or crumpled packaging materials, such as old newspapers or wet boxes.
If you are packing electronic devices or IT products, there are additional considerations to keep in mind. It is crucial that these items are not accidentally turned on during transport, and that there is no risk of a short circuit. To prevent this, we suggest covering the ends of the elements separately with insulating material, or placing them in a separate bag, carefully separated from all other metal parts. Whenever possible, we recommend using the original factory packaging as long as it meets the required packaging conditions.
When it comes to packing your sold items, the key is to protect them from any damage during transit. To start, select a box that fits your goods snugly, without any unnecessary extra space. This can also help you save on shipping costs, as the size, volume, and weight of the package can impact the cost. Plus, packing your products properly can prevent negative feedback from buyers who receive damaged or broken goods. Opt for sturdy, heavy-duty boxes to provide the best protection for your items.
