We are excited to introduce the FaceTill Awards, which aim to recognise the exceptional performance of our sellers.

At FaceTill, we value the hard work and dedication of our sellers, and we want to show our appreciation by rewarding those who go above and beyond in their selling activities.

The FaceTill Awards are designed to recognise both individuals and businesses that have excelled in their selling activities on our platform. Every three months, we select top performers from each category to receive prizes that reflect our appreciation for their hard work and dedication.

Celebrating our individual sellers' success

At FaceTill, we know that our individual sellers are the backbone of our marketplace, and we are committed to recognising and celebrating their achievements. 

We award the FaceTill Standout Seller Award every three months to the individual seller who has truly stood out from the crowd. We understand that being an individual seller can be challenging, which is why we want to reward our top performers and show our appreciation for their hard work.

We base our decision on a number of important criteria, including the total number of products sold, the quality of ratings received from customers, the speed and reliability of shipping, and exceptional customer service. These factors help us identify the individual seller who has gone above and beyond to create an exceptional buying experience for their customers.

So, what do our winners receive?

We offer prizes that are not only a token of our appreciation but also an opportunity for our sellers to treat themselves to something special. 
The first-place winner will receive a £500 Apple Store e-gift card, the second-place winner will receive a £200 John Lewis e-gift card, and the third-place winner will receive a £100 Costa Coffee e-gift card.

Step into the world of exceptional businesses as we celebrate and acknowledge their achievements with the FaceTill Top Business Award.

At FaceTill, we know that it’s not just about making sales, but it’s also about building a loyal customer base and delivering exceptional service. That’s why we created the FaceTill Top Business Award to highlight businesses that exceed expectations.

Every three months, we award three exceptional businesses that have demonstrated outstanding performance and growth. Our award winners will receive prizes that can help them to continue growing their business and increasing their sales.

Our first prize winner will receive the Social Media Promotion Award, which includes a week-long promotion on our social media channels. This promotion will feature three posts in a week, with the first introducing them as the winner and the remaining two showcasing their business and products. This promotion includes features on our Instagram and Facebook pages.

Our second prize winner will receive the Featured Product Award, which involves promoting their products at the top of search results for one week. This will give their products more visibility and increase their chances of making sales.

Our third prize winner will receive the Product Bundles Award, which includes creating a product bundle that is promoted on FaceTill for one week. This bundle could include multiple products at a discounted price, incentivizing customers to make a purchase and boosting their sales.

We select our Top Business Award winners based on a combination of criteria, including their total sales, shipping speed, customer satisfaction, and ratings from buyers.

We believe that by recognizing and promoting outstanding businesses, we can create a community of successful entrepreneurs and help our sellers to thrive.

But that's not all.

At FaceTill, we’re proud to work with so many incredible businesses every day, and we believe in recognizing those who consistently strive for excellence in all that they do.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our annual FaceTill Company of the Year Award, which celebrates outstanding companies that have excelled in several areas and made a positive impact on their community.

To win this prestigious award, companies must demonstrate excellence in several key areas, including sales volume, shipping performance, trustworthiness, charity support, and community involvement through volunteering efforts, mentorship programs, or other forms of support.

We also consider elements such as customer satisfaction and reputation on FaceTill, as well as the company’s commitment to ethical business practices and environmental sustainability.

We know that being an outstanding company is about more than just profits and sales numbers. That’s why we also consider a company’s broader impact on society and the environment, and we’re proud to honour those that are making a positive difference in their communities.

Our winner will receive a selection of fantastic prizes:

  • an interview on our official FaceTill
  • YouTube channel
  • a featured article on the FaceTill blog to highlight their remarkable achievements
  • the opportunity to appear on ‘Our partners' page on the FaceTill website
  • the winner will also receive a personalised trophy to commemorate their well-deserved win
  • as well as a certificate of excellence to display in their office or on their website.

Additionally, the winning company will enjoy a social media shoutout from our official FaceTill accounts congratulating them on their success. They will also receive a special badge that will appear on their store on the FaceTill platform for one year, highlighting their incredible achievement.
