What you'll be doing as our Content moderator
As a Content moderator at FaceTill, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring that our marketplace remains safe, welcoming, and compliant with our community standards. You’ll work closely with our trust and safety team to review user-generated content, identify potential risks or violations, and take appropriate action. If you’re passionate about keeping online communities healthy and thriving, we’d love to have you join our team.
Your main tasks will be
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community standards and guidelines.
- Identify and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to appropriate teams.
- Help develop and improve content moderation processes and policies to ensure a safe and positive experience for our community.
- Work closely with our customer support and community teams to address user concerns and inquiries related to content moderation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our practices.
Your background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to assess and evaluate content based on predefined guidelines.
- Proven experience in content moderation or a similar field, preferably in an online environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to content moderation and online safety.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, online communities, and emerging trends in digital content.

The salary range for this position is £1,900–£2,500 (gross) per month.
