What you'll be doing as our Customer support representative
As a Customer support representative at FaceTill, you’ll be on the front lines of helping our community of buyers and sellers navigate their marketplace experience. Your main focus will be providing exceptional customer service to our members, handling inquiries and issues via various channels including email and chat. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our overall customer experience.
Your main tasks will be
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email and chat.
- Providing excellent customer service by identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Collaborating with the team to develop and improve customer support processes and tools.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment to promote customer satisfaction and retention.
Your background
- Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally in a tech company or startup environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear and concise solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner to customers with varying levels of technical understanding. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

The salary range for this position is £1,800–£2,300 (gross) per month.
