HR assistant
What you'll be doing as our HR assistant
As our HR assistant, you’ll be a key player in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department. You’ll work closely with our HR team to manage employee records, assist with recruitment efforts, and provide a high level of customer service to our employees.
Your main tasks will be
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure they are up to date, including contracts, personal information, and performance reviews.
- Support the HR manager with employee engagement and development initiatives, such as training programs, team-building activities, and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation policies, and respond to employee queries related to these programs.
- Assist with HR-related compliance and regulatory requirements, such as employment law, data protection, and health and safety regulations.
Your background
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR assistant or related role.
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and other HR-related software.

The salary range for this position is £1,500–£2,300 (gross) per month.
