What you'll be doing as our IT support specialist
As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our systems and infrastructure up and running. From troubleshooting technical issues to providing end-user support, you’ll be the go-to person for all things IT-related. You’ll work closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that our technology environment is reliable, secure, and efficient.
Your main tasks will be
- Providing technical support to users of FaceTill, helping them to resolve any issues they encounter with the platform.
- Maintaining the technical infrastructure of the FaceTill Marketplace, ensuring that all systems are up-to-date, secure, and running smoothly.
- Monitoring and managing FaceTill's network and servers, ensuring that they are always available and functioning properly.
- Collaborating with the FaceTill engineering team to implement new features and improvements to the platform.
Your background
- A degree in Computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role for at least 2-3 years.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products commonly used in a business setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and other technical tools commonly used in an IT Support role is a plus.

The salary range for this position is £2,500–£3,500 (gross) per month.
